- Jane integration $150 one-time
- Book online buttons for your practice, each practitioner and each service, Reserve with Google, and booking tracking.
- Professional email setup $150 one-time
- Microsoft 365 at your own domain. New accounts we set up store your mailboxes in Canada. Licences are paid to Microsoft directly: about $9.50 per user per month (Business Basic, annual plan).
- Privacy-minded AI setup $350 one-time
- AI scribe setup, client consent wording, an AI-use policy, and an AI tool for non-clinical writing.
- Practice IT & security check $250 one-time
- Device encryption, multi-factor sign-in, a password manager, backups and a privacy-breach plan.

Questions
Who owns my site?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name, and we pay its renewal as part of your monthly care plan (one .ca or .com domain; premium or extra domains are billed at cost). The site files are yours too. If you leave, we give you the domain transfer code and the files.
Is there a contract?
The monthly care plan is month to month. You can stop it at any time.
Who writes the words?
We draft them with you from a short interview, and you approve every word. Under CRPO and CPBAO rules you're responsible for your advertising, so nothing goes live without your OK.
Do you see my clients’ information?
Your website doesn't collect client health information; booking and intake stay in Jane. If we set up your email, we use admin access only to set it up and support it, under a written agreement.
I already have a site on Jane Websites, Squarespace or Wix.
We can move your content and domain over and keep your Jane booking links working.
What's not included?
Your Jane subscription, Microsoft 365 licences, directory listings such as Psychology Today, photography, and legal advice.
