What we do
A site written with you, not copied from a shared content library. We check every page against the CRPO and CPBAO advertising rules: no testimonials or star ratings, correct titles, no claims of being the best. Includes a fees page, a privacy page that explains how you handle personal health information, Google Business Profile setup, and pages built to WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards.
Your site is served from Cloudflare's global network over HTTPS, so it loads quickly on any phone. We renew your domain, check that the site stays up, and make small changes each month. The domain is registered in your name and the site files are yours.
Book online buttons for your practice, each practitioner and each service, using the links Jane provides. We set up Reserve with Google so clients can book from your Google listing, and connect Jane booking tracking to Google Analytics if you want it. Intake forms and payments stay in Jane, not on your website.
Email at your own domain on Microsoft 365. New accounts we set up store your mailboxes in Canada. We set up multi-factor sign-in and the DNS records that keep your mail out of spam folders (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), move your old email across, and give you an email-use policy and client consent wording based on Ontario privacy commissioner guidance. Want encrypted email to clients? We can set up Hushmail instead.
We help you choose and set up an AI scribe (Jane's own AI Scribe by default), with client consent wording and an AI-use policy based on the Ontario privacy commissioner's 2026 guidance. For non-clinical writing such as FAQs, articles and admin emails, we set up an AI tool that doesn't train on your data, or one that runs on your own computer. The rule we set: no client information in consumer chatbots.
The basics that protect your clients' information: encrypted laptops and phones, multi-factor sign-in on every account, a password manager, backups of anything you keep outside Jane, and a short plan for what to do if a device is lost or an account is broken into.
